Custom Wedding Pieces
These pieces have been designed by
my customers. Quite simply, they know what they want and they found where to get it.
So often I will have
a customer contact me filled with apprehension. "I have this idea but...",
"Can you...?", "Have you ever
heard of...?", "Is it possible to have...and still be able to fit it into
my budget?" What I can't do is tell you just how thrilling it is to end up with yet another satisfied customer.
It bears repeating, even if you do not see it here on my site it does not mean I haven't done it or I couldn't do it.
I'm even making curtains and drapes these days. (That particular customer saw me working on pin a for my mother, realized I was sewing and asked me to make him some draperies for his two Bed & Breakfasts in Cooperstown, NY). The rest is history and another satisfied customer.
It's such a trip to hear the apprehension
in someone's voice and have that quickly turn into fast-talking details, only to add more hope, more details, even my excitement
builds, (I don't hide it). Then the idea becomes reality and the satisfaction of a piece well-made and the experience
is something to be treasured for a lifetime.

These are Karalee's shoes. Actually, her daughter,
Jill, is the bride and they are for her. Aren't they great? The flip-flops are
the latest craze for brides. They are to be worn at the bridal shower and at the wedding. Pretty cool,
huh? Great for the summer wedding in sunny California...June 2009. The flowers were $50.

Close up of the feathers, very unique.
This was Maryianne's design. She wanted the feathers to match the contour of the band.
